Through Academy Youth Productions, kids experience the magic of putting on a full-scale show — from auditions to curtain call — in a fun, supportive environment. Our musical theatre classes and workshops offer hands-on learning in acting, movement, voice, and more, helping students build valuable life skills both on and off the stage.
For youth writers and performers, the Academy Regional Youth Poetry Slam empowers teens from the Pioneer Valley to find their voice, share their stories, and connect with peers in a celebration of self-expression.

Along the way, they learn lines, songs, choreography, and teamwork, all in a fun, supportive environment that celebrates creativity, collaboration, and personal growth.

Youth Poetry Slam
For young writers and performers, the Academy Regional Youth Poetry Slam is a competition and a platform for teens to find their voice, share their stories, and speak their truth. Through workshops, peer connection, and live performance opportunities, participants build confidence, develop their craft, and explore the power of language.
This dynamic program fosters emotional wellness, creativity, and community, offering teens a safe and inspiring space to be heard and celebrated.
