Craft your way through classical films!

Settle in for a cozy night of creativity and cinema at Stitch ‘n Flix!

Bring your friends and your knitting, crocheting, embroidery, or any portable craft project to the theater and enjoy classic films in a relaxed, welcoming environment.

With gently dimmed lighting, you can work on your projects while watching beloved movies on the big screen. Each event also features special guests from the local crafting community, showcasing their work and offering pop-up shops full of handmade treasures.

Today’s feature is “Bridget Jones’s Diary” (2001), a witty and relatable romantic comedy based on the bestselling novel by Helen Fielding. Renée Zellweger stars as Bridget, a lovable, self-deprecating Londoner determined to take control of her life and keep a diary to chronicle her journey. Between her career mishaps, awkward encounters, and a complicated love triangle involving her charming boss (Hugh Grant) and a brooding, honorable suitor (Colin Firth), Bridget stumbles her way toward self-discovery and true love. Funny, heartfelt, and full of British charm, it’s a modern classic for anyone who’s ever felt a little lost—and still held out hope.
